Sooner 3 horse slant load trailer with 6/10 living quarters. Fully insulated - both horse area and living quarters.
Living Quarters aren't fancy, but does have a queen-sized bed, air conditioner / heater and full bathroom with shower, commode, and sink. Drop windows on head side, bus in rear. New tires and new floor.
Trailer has 5 gallon water heater plus a fresh water tank, gray water tank (from shower and sink), and black water tank (from commode).
Note: Ferocious guard dog not included.

Ready to go. Trailer is in great condition. The reason I'm selling the trailer is I have recently moved up to a 4 hourse trailer (since I have 4 horses).
